Chris started off as a Stockbroker/Investment Advisor at an early age of 21. While he enjoyed success in this field his interests directed him towards real estate as an investment. Soon he was buying every real estate book he could find. After spending years in a mentoring program designed by Robert Allen, author of Nothing Down & numerous other real estate investment books, Chris decided it was time to purchase his first home! He was 25 and off and running as an investor! In the initial stages of owning many rental properties, his line of work still involved investments and financial planning as well as Insurance work such as Residential property adjusting for the largest adjustment firm in the world, Crawford & Co. Little did he know how crucial and related these fields were going to be when it came to helping families buy real estate! In 1994 at the age of 30, Chris decided to focus all his energies on real estate! He has been a realtor ever since! Over the years he has personally acquired, renovated and managed over 15 homes and has become a Top Producer handling over 40+ million dollars in real estate transactions for his clients.
