Reputation of builder, quality of construction, value for your dollar/square foot, and much more. Make sure you have representation from a quality realtor before you jump in! Builders need realtors to sell their communities and will gladly pay a commission. One catch, if you show up without your realtor on the first visit then the builder doesn't want you to have representation.Why risk it! There are no incentives to not have representation! You need a voice when there is a problem! I'll make sure you have representation so have fun, look around and let me know which communities and builders you would like to see.
